Explanation of Nouns:
XJournal: The websites of XJournal.net and XJournal.cn and the websites, applications may be developed in the future are referred to as “XJournal”.
CFPer: Journal presses, journal publishers, journal’s chief editor, journal’s chief editor, managing editor and guest editor who call for paper through XJournal are referred to as “CFPer”.
CFP: The projects of calling for papers submitted to XJournal are referred to as “CFP”.
The following items are for the CFPer who use XJournal to collect papers. Once you submit your CFP to XJournal means that you have accepted these terms in law. The items in this contract are subject to the universal Items of Service of XJournal. Your acceptance to the items means that you accept the universal Items of Service of XJournal.
XJournal’s services start from the creating of CFP and end with the completing of the APC settlement.
We recommend CFPers publish the papers collected from XJournal in open access executing the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY). If the papers are not published in OA, XJournal reserves the right to archive the papers on XJournal free read and download.
CFPer must comply with the ethical standards of COPE. Please refer to its guidance document "Best Practice Guidelines" for more details.
Before the paper of the author is published by the journal concerning in your CFP, you have the obligation to protect the paper from open distribution and plagiarism excluding your journal execute the open peer review.
XJournal is trying best to make journal publishing faster and faster. When you call for papers through XJournal, please execute the practices to get fast publishing process.
We recommend that the processing from author’s submission to the day his/her paper be accepted takes less than one months and the processing from author’s submission to the day his/her paper be published takes less 3 months.
XJournal encourages CFPers to collect article processing charges (APC) from authors who publish their papers through your CFPs on XJournal.
The APC payment should be taken on XJournal and the APC settlement shall be carried out following the rules below:
In general, if you do not release the acceptance in 45 days after the author's submission, the author has the right to withdraw the paper excluding that you have described the withdrawing policy in your CFP information.
In 15 working days after the publishing of the paper, if the journal undergoes big negative changes, such as being dropped out or changed from important journal abstract indexing or directory, the author has the right to withdraw the manuscript.
Each one of the following shall constitute an event of default of your service agreements:
A. CFPer hasn't published the accepted paper in promised time (This is a breach of contract and the service contract is terminated.)
B. During the time of calling for papers (The time between the releasing of CFP and the publishing of the accepted papers), the journal undergoes big negative changes or reputation damage.
The author has rights to refuse any payments to the CFPer. If the APC statement finished, CFPer must refund the authors and XJournal has the right to freeze your funds in XJournal to refund the authors in priority.
XJournal owned by Wuhan Chytey Information Technology Co., Ltd. Any dispute arising from the service will be submitted for arbitration or litigation in the court of East Lake hi-tech development zone, Wuhan, Hubei province, China.
Unless otherwise noted, the website and affiliated online services and copyrights all belong to CHYTEY. You may not copy, attack, or modify websites or online services.
CHYTEY reserves the right to modify the items at any time without informing the user, but the manuscripts that have been submitted follow the items of service when they are submitted.
